This is probably one of the most unique coffees we carry. The processing of this coffee is very elaborate. In order to recreate the shipping conditions that this coffee was subject to during its' transportation during the 1600's, the coffee is put through a process called "Monsooning." This is a 16 week wet process method that exposes the coffee to local elements, creating a taste like no other.
